Mahoba. A complaint has been raised regarding the construction of a kharanja road in Sijariya Gram Panchayat of Kabrai Development Block. BJP Mandal General Secretary Umashankar Vishwakarma submitted a complaint to the District Magistrate, alleging that substandard materials are being used in the construction work and that prescribed standards are being ignored.
According to the complaint, kharanja construction is being carried out from the house of Shri Ram Pateria to the house of Gorelal, and from the house of Dharmraj Pateria to the house of Arun Rajput in Sijariya Gram Panchayat. It has been alleged that proper attention is not being paid to the quality of the work and that dust is being used during the masonry work.
The complaint states that local residents asked the workers at the site to carry out the construction in accordance with the prescribed standards. However, despite this, the construction work continued.
The complainant has requested the District Magistrate to conduct a technical inspection and physical verification of the construction site, as well as an inquiry into the materials being used and the quality of the construction. He has also requested that, if any irregularities are found, action be taken against those responsible as per the rules and that the construction be carried out according to the prescribed standards.
The complainant has further requested that the quality of the construction work be closely monitored until the inquiry is completed.
